In the event an incorrect item or size was recieved by the customer due to Parti Pup's error a full refund will be issued to include the cost of the item, shipping, and any taxes paid. To validate the error was caused by us please email us a picture showing the inaccuracy. Feel free to keep or donate the item.

Due to the small batches of items we make we can not guarantee the correct size or style will still be available at the time of refund. Customer will be responsible for reordering.

If the customer orders the inccorect size or style no refund will be issued. Please ensure you measure your pet's neck for the best fit and look at our available size chart. Neck measurements are the most accurate way to get the correct size. Breed suggestions are just that, they are not a guarantee of size due to variations within a breed.

All items are shipped via USPS for a flat rate of $5.00. We will email you as soon as your item ships along with a corresponding tracking number. Parti Pups LLC can not be held responsible for postal service errors. We wish we had that kind of control, but unfortunately we do not. Thank you for understanding.
